I understand that buying or selling property is more than just a real estate transaction—it’s a life-changing decision and a significant investment. My goal is to combine your vision and dreams with my market knowledge to create a seamless, strategic, and successful experience from start to finish.
I’m known for being market-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented, qualities that allow me to stay ahead in both residential and commercial real estate. I guide my clients with clarity and confidence, whether they are purchasing a home, selling a property, investing, or navigating a commercial transaction. My approach is thoughtful, proactive, and focused on achieving results while keeping the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I have earned multiple professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP), reflecting my commitment to education, leadership, and strong advocacy for my clients.
Giving back to the community is extremely important to me. I am an active supporter of local and national charities and have completed the MS 150 bike ride ten times. I have also volunteered with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 20 years. Since 2008, my family, friends, and I have made it a tradition to serve lunch to families in need every Christmas Eve.
I currently live in Lazybrook and love its close-knit community and convenient access to Houston’s neighborhoods and major freeways. Previously, I lived in Oak Forest, where I experienced firsthand the challenges of losing a home during Hurricane Harvey—an experience that deepened my empathy and understanding of the emotional and financial impact real estate decisions can have. I also spent six years living downtown, enjoying Houston’s diversity, culture, and energy.
I graduated from Ball High School in Galveston, Texas, and still visit the island regularly. I previously owned a short-term rental there, which gives me additional insight into investment properties and income-producing assets. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and friends, riding my bike, and relaxing by the pool.
Although I wasn’t born in Houston, I moved here 24 years ago after earning my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. I also hold a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston–Downtown—and I have no plans of ever leaving the city I proudly call home.
